Christina is truly a local Certified Public Accountant born and raised in SLO County. She worked full time to put herself through Cuesta College and graduated from the University of La Verne (at Vandenberg Air Force Base) with a BA in Business Administration. She started her professional accounting career in 1997 with a public accounting firm in San Luis Obispo. After a few years of experience, and with encouragement from a mentor, Christina moved on to private industry, overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations for a local transportation company, implementing and documenting accounting processes for the office. She moved back to public accounting after six years in the transportation industry, preparing tax returns for clients and helping them remain in compliance with federal and state tax laws, rules and regulations. In 2014, Christina decided to start her own accounting practice, with an office in Grover Beach.  Christina is a California licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).

Today, Christina Gibford, CPA is a General Partnership with her husband, Brad. Brad is an Enrolled Agent, enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, with experience in preparing personal income tax returns. Together, they are supporters of My Stuff Bags Foundation and the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Advisory Foundation. Christina is a past volunteer with the Tri-Counties Make-A-Wish Foundation and is a past board member of the Samuel Jeffers Childhood Cancer Foundation.
